Admitted to the Washington bar in 1974, Mr. Davis is licensed to practice before the Washington Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and both Eastern and Western Washington U.S. District Courts.
Mr. Davis worked as a civil deputy prosecutor for Yakima County from 1974-1981. Following his tenure as prosecutor, he spent the next eight years as a partner with the Yakima firm of Brooks & Larson where he engaged primarily in insurance defense work. He joined our firm in 1989 where he has balanced his insurance practice with other areas of law. Mr. Davis served on the Washington Bar Association's Court Rules and Procedures Committee from 1993-1996. He served as President of the Yakima Valley Council of Campfire in 1991. He served as President of the Yakima SW Rotary from 1995-1996. He is currently a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and he is a member of the Yakima Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
